I’ll be reviewing the Fab Defense Scorpus Covert G9 inside the waistband holster.
Right off the bat, I can tell you this holster has everything you need and want in an inside the waistband holster and nothing you don’t need or want.
That’s something that is pretty hard to find in a world that seems like it is swamped with IWB holster companies.
The Covert line has a special slim design that makes the holster as slim as physically possible with still giving you the support and retention you need for your holster.
This holster makes you swear that there is nothing in your waistband but the gun itself.
Something I thought was very interesting about this holster is that the belt clip allows you to still tuck in your shirt for a complete level of concealment and being able to blend in with society without showing signs of carrying.
This is something that interests me a lot because I find myself having my shirt tucked in for main occasions such as a church or public gatherings.
Now on the retention. This holster has a retention setting that lets you pick how easy or how hard you want the gun to be when dealing with withdrawing it out of your waistband.
This can be useful for the active type that needs a stronger hold on their weapon or the type of person that wants to draw with minimum effort and ease.
I guarantee all types of people will find this holster more useful than your everyday Kydex holster.
