The Rapid Adjustable Precision Stock from Fab Defense RAPS is a great upgrade to your rifle. This lightweight, easy to you use design not only adds minimal weight to your firearm but is nearly tool-less to install and an extremely comfortable stock.
When unboxing the RAPS, you can see how it is made for several different platforms and provides three different adaptors to mount on your rifle. There were two features that jumped out at me right away. The first was the adjustable length of pull and how the easy to release lever is moveable so whether you are a right or left-handed shooter, this stock will work for you.
So, what is adjustable about this stock? The length of pull and the height of the check rest. The length of pull is adjustable to about 1.25 inches. This stock has a unique memory feature. With this you can position the stock where most comfortable for you, adjust the memory setting and now when you release the lever to deploy the stock, it will extend only a far as you’ve set it. While the height does not have the same memory feature as the butt-stock, this did not take away anything in the design of the RAPS from Fab Defense.
